The LNA is excited to offer another online course this year! This online class, “Contracts – Back to the Basics” will cover in detail four important areas involving contracts: the types of contracts, the requirements to form a contract, how contracts are interpreted, and what occurs if a contract is breached. The course will also provide some customary contractual provisions for Louisiana contracts. This course is great for a new notary wanting to learn more about drafting contracts and also great for seasoned notaries want a refresher in the area of contract law.
