Bio
Alan A. Warren is an active member of the Professional Civil Law Notary Association (PCLNA), he served as the president from 2010-2011 and from 2018-2019. He is employed as a Legal Assistant and Primary Notary Public with the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana. Before his career with Barksdale AFB, he served 21 years active duty in the Air Force as a Security Specialist. Warren is an expert in Notary law and practice with 14 years of professional experience. Since joining the PCLNA in 2007, he has worked to develop a strong training curriculum in notarial procedures, legal requirements and best practices. He is a member in the Louisiana Notary Association and the National Notary Association. In 2020, the NNA selected him as the Notary of the Year. In the community, he is a Deacon, he serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors Lakeside Gardens, a 65-unit HUD subsidized apartment complex and serves on the Board of Directors for Shreveport Common an Uncommon revitalization project for the City of Shreveport. He earned an Associate in Science Degree, Criminal Justice, from The Community College of the Air Force.
