Bio
Adele received her notarial commission in 2008 and is registered in St. Tammany with statewide jurisdiction. She has a bachelor's in business administration from Millsaps College and a master's degree in communications and a law degree from Loyola University New Orleans. Obviously, she is watching the student loan goings on with great interest. Since 2012, she has owned and operated Big Easy Notary & Auto Title, handling general notarial work and transactions for the Office of Motor Vehicles as a public tag agent. Prior to 2012, she was a title attorney with an inhouse title company for a local bank She enjoys paperwork, interesting title abstracts, arguing about policy changes with OMV, and federal holidays. She is on the board of the Louisiana Public Tag Agent association. She has a particular interest in taking remote notary from weird statutes to a functional and useful tool. When not at work, she is Race Chairman at Pontchartrain Yacht Club, and is on the boards of the Corinthians Sailing Association and the Lake Pontchartrain Women's Sailing Association, which only proves that enthusiasm rather than talent will get you anywhere (and lots of meetings).
