Immovable Property Transfers

This course will cover the many different types of immovable property transfers, including sales, donations, dations, exchanges, and quitclaims. Students can expect to learn the requirements for drafting and passing these acts, as well as studying and analyzing example documents. This course will complement the Juridical Skeleton/Appearance Clauses course.
