Congratulations to Samantha Bloemer for her winning entry "Sealed in History", which was chosen as the official theme for the Louisiana Notary Association's 2019 Annual Meeting and Convention.

The theme of the 2019 convention will focus on the history of the office of notary public and the important role notaries have played - how notaries are "Sealed in History." The convention theme will use influences from Louisiana's civil law history as well as history of the notarial profession worldwide.
