The Louisiana Notary Association is holding a contest for members to propose a theme for the 2019 Annual Convention, which will be held October 18-20 at the Baton Rouge Marriott. Members can submit their ideas for a convention theme, with the winner receiving a $50 Amazon gift card. Contest rules are as follows.

1. The theme should relate to the office of Notary Public.
2. Include suggestions for using the theme in decorations, promotional items, course names, etc.
3. All entries must be submitted by May 31, 2019.
4. The Convention Committee will evaluate each submission and will select up to five themes to be voted on by the membership.
5. Multiple entries per person are allowed however, please submit each entry separately.
6. The winner will receive a $50 Amazon gift card.
