Samantha L. Bloemer was born and raised in Covington, Louisiana. She attended Covington High School and Southeastern Louisiana University. She earned her Bachelors of Arts in English with a concentration in Creative Writing in 2011. In 2013, Sam was commissioned as a Louisiana Civil Law Notary Public with statewide jurisdiction. Sam has been employed as a paralegal since 2010 and has been a member of the Louisiana Notary Association since 2013. Currently, she is the Office Manager and Paralegal for Peragine Law Firm, L.L.C., a small law firm in downtown Covington that focuses on representation of small businesses and individuals involved in commercial litigation, employment disputes, and successions. Sam formed Magnolia Notary, L.L.C. in 2016 to provide the public with cost-effective notarial services and especially enjoys assisting her clients with the drafting of their testaments, mandates, and property transfer documents.
