In-Person Course: Will Drafting Workshop

This 3 hour intensive will drafting workshop will cover the notary's best practices for writing a will, how to put together different types of clauses and language for a variety of scenarios, and useful stock terms for testamentary trusts. We will study example documents and collectively draft a will in real time. Students are encouraged to bring one or more wills they have drafted in the past.
