How to Tell The Difference Between Acknowledgments and Affidavits (When and How To Use Them)

This class is geared to help you create the affidavit or acknowledgment “off the cuff.” We are often asked to prepare these documents by people walking into our offices with no idea what it is they are even asking us to do. It is our job to know what that is and then to prepare it. You will watch as “off the cuff” affidavits/acknowledgments are produced before your eyes and you will be given the “why” of what is happening . And as a specific item, you will see how to add the acknowledgment required of Common Law documents, particularly to real estate transactions. Basic templates will be provided for your use.
